Why did my Loan Officer's name get rejected when I added him/her in the Administration module?

When you are adding your loan officers name so they can access the AmMAC web portal it is important to only input the same first and last name shown for that loan officer in the NMLS system. If you are adding their middle name, middle initial, Sr., Jr. , etc. the system check AmMAC runs on their NMLS number will be rejected. Re-enter only the loan officer first and last name.
