1) Go to www. AmMAC.com.

2) From the Loan Center click on Pipeline.

3) Click on your loan referenced in the email you received.

4) From the left navigation panel click on 1003 II

5) Go to the liabilities section about 2/3 of the way down the page.

6) Double click on the expired payoff ( In almost all cases it is one of the mortgage payoffs that has expired but it may be another lien on title that needs updated.  You may need to check multiple expiration dates to find the payoff that has expired.)

7) When you click on the payoff a window opens that gives you detail of the liabilty as seen above.

8) Look for the "Payoff Expiration Date".

9) If the date has passed you will need to have an updated payoff uploaded.

10) Follow the upload procedure on the email you received.

11) For additional help click on the "Help Center" on the left navigation panel and fill out a ticket.
