Does AmMAC require the broker to upload the disclosures for their borrower?

AmMAC does not accept broker disclosures. AmMAC will send by secure delivery all required disclosures to the borrower. Within 2 days of conditional loan approval, the broker is required to upload the Itemization of Fees or the loan will be denied. Additionally, if the broker uploads their disclosures AmMAC will decline the loan.
